5. Olympics/World Cup Kids love sport, which is a relief because so do their parents. Sport is an expression of physical skill, focus, confidence, performance, and teamwork. Taking kids to any sporting event is always rewarding, so why not take them to a sporting spectacle. Vancouver hosts the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, and the city is shooting every puck to keep the thousands of visitors entertained. Whether it’s ice hockey, figure skating or the snowboarding, kids will never forget it. Alternatively, head over to South Africa for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, where nations come together to celebrate and battle, gracefully, over a little ball. Kids absorb energy like a sponge, and the atmosphere at both these premiere global sporting events will be electric. (credit: Getty Images)
