Canada's best new restaurants for 2011 have been selected in the 10th annual survey conducted by enRoute magazine. Only restaurants that opened between June 2010 and July 2011 were considered. The honour was for chefs who are advancing the country’s culinary identity and restaurants where the overall dining experience will have a significant impact on our restaurant culture.
